In 1988 a group of entrepreneurs located in the Costa del Sol with varied businesses decided to try to standardize the service sector by putting together a company, LIMPASA, 5 S.A. We must remember that in those days, people with other employments or “handy-manny’s” were carrying out the gardening and cleaning services, maintenance and small repairs with great dedication and would tackle these works to earn an extra salary.

From its origins the mission statement of Limpasa 5, S.A. was:
