Social Equality
In Limpasa 5 S.A we understand the responsibility of the social equality as an strategic asset of the company convinced that with this we contribute to social, economic and environmental improvements that impact collective in our well-being.
We our fully comprise with incorporation of the women in our sector and we are taking the appropriate steps to achieve effective equality between men and women with a series of actions aimed in such way.
In 2022 Limpasa,5 S.A has implemented an ambitious equality plan. Since then, in addition to many measures and changes, we have requested to an external entity to carry out a remuneration audit between men and women to eliminate any type of salary gap.
We have developed a protocol to actively prevent situations of workplace harassment and any other type of violence against women, among other measures.
Environmental Quality Standards
They are continuous improvement processes that require us to be directly in contact with the reality of our client´s needs so that any anomaly or demand can be detected both in form of its execution of our services and in the possibility of offering a greater range of products.
Environmental Commitment
Our belief is that we constantly use the Natural environment in which we establish the infrastructure that supports our production processes and services and therefore we generate an impact. Our environment commitment is based on trying to minimize this impact as much as possible trying to generate and develop a set of actions aimed at achieving said objective.
